The Weight of Leadership with Pastor Rob Guinta

Join us for student-led worship, followed by a sermon by Pastor Rob, the Director of Journey Ministry College.

Sermon notes

  • Everyone wants the marks of leadership, but no one wants the mantle of leadership.

  • If you want to be a leader, you have to take responsibility for your failures, callings, and visions.

  • The weight of your leadership goes beyond just you; the higher you go in leadership, the more people you impact.

  • Integrity and trust can take a lifetime to build and one mistake to destroy.

  • Consequences can be the mercy and kindness of God.
