Think you’d make a good RA?
Each year, JMC needs two RA’s: one male and one female. These individuals are responsible for collecting rent, enforcing rules of the lease, managing minor conflicts, and communicating with Brooke and Pastor Rob about all physical and relational needs at the apartments. In exchange for withholding these duties, RA’s will get one month of rent free.
RA’s should be upperclassmen that can set examples in character and discipline, able to handle conflict well, and provide support and accountability to their roommates. They are also expected to be present for Move In Day on August 10th in order to welcome new students and put any parents at ease.
Fill out the form below to apply to be an RA. You will then be directed to a form where you can sign up for an interview with Pastor Rob. Remember, an application does not ensure that you will be the RA - RA’s will be informed of their role by August 1st.
